Conveniently schedule a facility blood draw with My Site for live-in or nursing services. Our professionals will come to you and ensure a safe and comfortable experience. No need to stress about going to a clinic, we’ll take care of it for you. This service requires a lab order from a physician indicating which tests should be collected. After booking your appointment, please email your lab order, insurance card, and ID to Kacey@feathertouchphleb.com We cannot confirm your appointment until we receive your lab order. Price listed is out of pocket. Services are not covered by insurance. Insurance covers laboratory testing and processing fees ONLY. Additional charges may apply for exceeding 20 miles.
